As a Clerk Typist III, you will provide front-line administrative support for students, staff, and the public. Your work includes responding to inquiries, preparing correspondence, coordinating schedules, and maintaining records. You will use PeopleSoft and Microsoft Office for data entry, documents, spreadsheets, and student administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide front desk support to students, staff, and the public
- Respond to inquiries by telephone, email, and in person
- Prepare correspondence, reports, schedules, and routine communications
- Maintain accurate physical and electronic student records
- Provide additional administrative support to campus operations
Requirements:
- Diploma in Office Administration; equivalencies considered
- Recent relevant front-line administrative and client service experience
- Experience with data entry and maintaining files or records
- Knowledge of general administrative support functions and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
