In this role, your focus will be on servicing assigned Personal Line accounts while also having the opportunity to earn additional commissions through new business sales. You will manage the customer lifecycle, ensuring each client receives tailored insurance solutions. As a trusted advisor, you will conduct thorough risk assessments and maintain compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service assigned Personal Line book of business
- Manage quotes, renewals, and cancellations
- Conduct detailed reviews of risk and underwriting
- Document all actions in the BMS system
- Handle new claims and guide clients thoughtfully
Requirements:
- Must be RIBO licensed
- Minimum 1-year Personal Lines experience
- Proven track record in client service
- Familiarity with Applied EPIC is a plus
- Expertise in assigned markets and openness to new opportunities
