Lead Collective Arts’ Hamilton hospitality operations with financial leadership, guest experience expertise, and oversight of Toronto’s General Manager. Work primarily onsite in Hamilton. As General Manager, Owned Channels, you own Hamilton’s financial and operational performance across taproom, retail, events, and guest experience. You directly manage Toronto’s General Manager while aligning standards, priorities, reporting, and accountability across both locations. You also oversee direct-to-home fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own Hamilton revenue, profitability, labour, margins, and operating expenses
- Lead daily taproom, retail, events, and guest experience operations
- Coach managers and supervisors through goals and performance reviews
- Hold Toronto’s General Manager accountable for location results
- Oversee accurate, timely direct-to-home order fulfillment
Requirements:
- Progressive hospitality management experience owning location performance
- Experience managing managers across locations or business functions
- Ability to build forecasts, manage budgets, and interpret performance data
- Experience with events, retail, inventory, and POS systems
- Valid Smart Serve certification and evening availability
- Bring hospitality leadership, financial judgment, and operational discipline to Collective Arts’ Hamilton and Toronto locations.
