Working with Managers and Directors, you will support client projects through analysis, reporting, and project coordination. The role develops statistical methods, charting abilities, and research knowledge through active projects and ongoing training. You will also engage with clients and their business issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate inputs for research projects and translation requests
- Coordinate coding requests and review delivery
- Review survey results and analyze findings
- Create reports, presentations, charts, and supporting visuals
- Attend client meetings and manage platform support requests
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
- One to three years' Insights Analyst experience is an asset
- Strong written and oral English communication skills
- Excellent Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office skills
- SPSS or Q proficiency and survey programming are assets
