Carlson Construction Group is seeking a full-time IT Coordinator and Technical Support Specialist for its hybrid IT environment. This employee-facing position connects internal leadership with external expertise and service providers. You will support users, manage vendor relationships, and contribute to procurement, renewals, and budget planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure vendors meet service levels and contractual obligations
- Manage software, cybersecurity, cloud, and hardware relationships
- Assist with procurement, contract renewals, and budget planning
- Follow up with employees through complete issue resolution
- Generate monthly technology performance reports and insights
Requirements:
- Three to five years in technical services or systems administration
- Information technology or computer science diploma, degree, or equivalent
- Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365 administration
- Knowledge of Active Directory or Microsoft Entra ID
- Experience with ticketing systems and service management processes
