In this role, you will efficiently operate various rollers to compress and finish asphalt surfaces. Your expertise and adherence to safety protocols will ensure the successful execution of road construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate Finish and Breakdown Rollers for asphalt
- Perform daily equipment maintenance and safety checks
- Control roller speed to prevent surface ridges
- Train new employees on roller operation standards
- Promote and adhere to the company's safety culture
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred
- Class 5 Drivers License preferred
- Minimum 2 years in road construction industry
- 2 to 3 years of roller operation experience
- Ability to lift at least 50 LBS regularly
