As Industry Strategy Lead, you will connect OEMs with Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers through repeatable motions. The customer-facing role combines strategy, operations, competition, and product influence. You will work with revenue leadership, account owners, product, finance, and customer success to expand CoLab across strategic accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define CoLab's scalable supplier ecosystem go-to-market strategy
- Shape supplier packaging, pricing, resourcing, and ownership
- Map supplier networks and identify workflow friction
- Build OEM and supplier value cases
- Track supplier activation and supplier-sourced pipeline
Requirements:
- OEM experience understanding supplier relationships
- Experience in engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, supplier quality, or product development
- Understanding of Tier 1 and Tier 2 handoffs
- High emotional intelligence with executive audiences
- Clear communication and fluency with AI tools
