Lead FNZ platform quality assurance at Cognizant in Toronto, applying wealth-platform expertise and end-to-end testing leadership in a hybrid setting. As an experienced Test Manager, you will direct QA analysts across functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing. You will manage releases, migrations, configuration changes, and upgrades for complex wealth-platform operations. The position requires hands-on FNZ experience, SQL skills, API testing, and Playwright automation knowledge. Key Responsibilities:
Own FNZ test strategy, planning, estimation, and release readiness Lead three to eight QA analysts across testing phases Coordinate vendor defects, release notes, and configuration impacts Validate wealth-platform processes, integrations, migrations, and reporting outputs Maintain regression packs, automation decisions, evidence, and quality reporting Requirements:
Hands-on FNZ wealth-management platform implementation experience Experience leading functional, integration, regression, and UAT activities Strong SQL skills for reconciliation and migration testing API testing experience with Postman, SoapUI, or REST Assured Playwright, CI/CD, defect-management, and test-management tool experience Bring FNZ expertise, SQL capability, and QA leadership to Cognizant’s hybrid Toronto testing organization.
