Lead agile delivery for Cognizant’s life sciences manufacturing initiatives as a hybrid Consulting Manager and Scrum Master in Halifax. This manager role combines business analysis with hands-on Scrum Master support. You will guide discovery, requirements definition, implementation readiness, and delivery across GMSx Manufacturing Workstream initiatives. Work closely with manufacturing experts, product owners, and implementation partners. Key Responsibilities:
Lead business-process discovery with manufacturing and digital stakeholders Translate operational needs into user stories and prioritized backlogs Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives Track dependencies, risks, decisions, issues, and delivery blockers Support testing, training readiness, and site deployment activities Requirements:
Business Analyst or Scrum Master experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing Knowledge of batch execution and shop-floor manufacturing workflows Experience documenting requirements for manufacturing digital solutions Hands-on agile delivery and backlog management experience Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree strongly preferred Bring manufacturing analysis, agile facilitation, and stakeholder management skills to Cognizant’s Halifax consulting practice.
