Key Responsibilities:
- Provide goal-directed nursing care for residents
- Assess and update clinical care plans accurately
- Implement effective communication with staff and families
- Mentor and coach unregulated care providers
- Ensure ongoing clinical documentation and evaluations
Requirements:
- Current registration as a Registered Practical Nurse
- Experience with seniors and care providers preferred
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Organizational skills and computer proficiency
- Current BCLS and First Aid certification required
