The work includes answering calls, welcoming visitors, handling mail, and maintaining clean, safe common areas. It also supports resident security, laundry, floor care, documentation, and emergency response.

- Run the front desk courteously and efficiently
- Answer calls, redirect inquiries, and record messages
- Greet visitors and support evening resident security

- Respond to emergencies and report maintenance concerns
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills, empathy, and patience
- Knowledge of institutional cleaning techniques
- Professional telephone manner and reception experience considered an asset
- Ability to multitask under pressure with minimal supervision
- Current CPR, First Aid, VPS, and Smart Choices certification
