RPNs provide planned, patient-oriented, goal-directed nursing care under provincial standards. The role includes evaluating care plans, maintaining documentation, and supporting unregulated care providers.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Current provincial registration as a Registered Practical Nurse
- Sound clinical knowledge and critical thinking skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification
- Current Vulnerable Sector Check or willingness to obtain one
