We are looking to add a Leasing Agent to our team for a full-time, permanent position in one of our buildings in the St. Constant area.

Purpose of the position
The Leasing Agent is undoubtedly a key player in the success of our operations and the high level of resident satisfaction. They listen to clients, promote the residence, and ensure that they offer housing options that meet people's needs, rather than simply renting for the sake of renting. Customer satisfaction starts first and foremost in the hands of our rental agent, and that's why they are an important asset to the team.
Specifically, your daily life with us will look like :
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Ensure customer satisfaction objectives are met
- Monitor the integration of a new resident
- Complete all required rental documentation, including credit inquiry forms
- Solicit potential clients by telephone, social networks and e-mail, to build and strengthen business relationships
- Greet clients and take them on a tour of the site
- Analyze client needs
- Stay on top of the trends in the rental market for the region
- Follow up on dossiers, monitor schedules, issue reminders and obtain requested information in a timely manner in keeping with established time limits
- Maintain the different registers
- Produce required reports
- Prepare information packets for customers

Required qualifications :
- 1 year of relevant experience will be considered an important asset
- Flexibility for the work schedule
- Good team player
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (an asset)
- A good working knowledge of sales techniques
- Customer service experience an asset
- Experience in sales
- Excellent knowledge of Team software
- A working knowledge of real estate (an asset)
- Know Symo software (an advantage)
