This position requires transporting residents to various scheduled events while ensuring their safety and comfort. Key Responsibilities:
- Establish strong relationships with residents and co-workers
- Assist in boarding and alighting residents with mobility aids
- Transport residents to various locations and events
- Attend relevant training and meetings for improvement
- Ensure the promotion of resident rights and ethics
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a spotless driving history
- CPR and First Aid certifications required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with seniors is advantageous
- Must obtain a Vulnerable Sector Check
