Job description

• Ensure architectural leadership of application solutions, from their design to their production and maintenance in operational conditions.
• Design and integrate the various components of the solutions, including business, functional, data, organic and technological aspects, in order to meet the needs and established requirements.
• Ensure the consistency of solutions with the overall systems architecture as well as compliance with organizational and government standards and orientations in information technology.
• Model and document the functional architecture of information systems and analyze the impacts related to the implementation of new treatments or new solutions, particularly on costs and benefits.
• Provide consulting expertise in the realization of business files, opportunity studies and other strategic work related to his field of expertise.
• Support development teams and functional analysts to ensure the quality, consistency, and compliance of solutions and deliverables.
• Collaborate with the team leader in the planning and monitoring of work, the identification of issues and the implementation of appropriate solutions.
• Actively participate in agile activities and contribute to the application of current methodological practices, including the Green Guide from Macroscope.

The profile we are looking for is as follows:

• Hold a bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology with at least three years of university studies, or a comparative evaluation recognized by the MIFI for a diploma obtained outside Quebec. Otherwise, three additional years of experience in information technology are required.
• Have at least 8 years of experience in information technology, including 8 years in functional architecture.
• Have accumulated, in the last 5 years, at least 500 person-days of experience in functional architecture.
• Have accumulated at least 200 person-days of experience in functional architecture as part of a project of at least 2,000 person-days in information technology, in a comparable technological and organizational environment.
• Have at least 12 months of experience in the last 3 years with a recognized development methodology, such as Macroscope or the Green Guide.
