* Develop and evolve the program's quality strategy and testing strategy in the context of Guidewire integration;* Determine validation approaches, test levels, coverage, sequencing, and prerequisites based on the risks and characteristics of the solution;* Integrate automation and quality controls with CI/CD practices to ensure consistent validation throughout the delivery cycle;* Establish and promote quality assurance standards, processes and practices appropriate to the program and software package;* Collaborate with business, development, and architecture teams to ensure a common understanding of requirements, acceptance criteria, and risks;* Implement indicators to make visible validation results and risks that may affect deliveries, and then make appropriate recommendations;* Guide anomaly management and drive continuous improvement of quality assurance practices;* Advise program stakeholders and support the adoption of quality guidelines within the teams.
