Here's a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities you'll have:

• Analyze business needs and identify appropriate technological solutions while respecting budgets and deadlines;
• Develop implementation strategies, design and document programs or applications;
• Develop application solutions and perform automated tests;
• Proceed with the installation, testing of software packages and implementation of applications with the assigned clientele;
• Ensure the integration of the technical components of the solutions and solve the problems encountered.

The profile we are looking for is as follows:

• Have a minimum of eight years of experience in a similar role at the senior level;
• Experience with development projects carried out in agile mode;
• Master software development best practices, including clean architecture, clean code and design patterns;
• Experience developing with C# .NET Core;
• Perform programmed unit tests in a software development context;
• Demonstrate experience in quality assurance;
• Be familiar with cloud environments and PaaS solutions;
• Use automated pipelines, especially with Pivotal Cloud Foundry;
• Knowledge of the insurance industry (an asset);
• Experience modernizing or maintaining legacy code (an asset);
• Demonstrate versatility in a multidisciplinary team context (T-Shape profile);
• Demonstrate autonomy, resourcefulness and good organizational skills;
• Collaborate effectively with team members and foster collective work;
• Evolve in a structured environment with standardized processes;
• Communicate with ease and effectively popularize technical concepts;
• Identify issues and propose solutions to get around obstacles;
• Manage priorities rigorously while maintaining a high level of quality;
• Bring stakeholders together and positively influence team decisions;
