You will protect settlement, messaging, position management, accounting, reporting, and automated processing functions. The work combines ServiceNow administration, scripting, monitoring tools, and stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure Calypso platform stability and end-to-end function availability
- Monitor production environments and prevent performance issues
- Resolve complex incidents and manage recurring issues

Requirements:
