Agile Profile Project Manager in Montréal

Here's a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities you'll be able to do:

• Set up and host agile events to promote the adoption and sustainability of an agile culture;
• Accompany the team in the continuous delivery of value in Agile mode and support the achievement of business objectives;
• Anticipate and eliminate obstacles in order to maximize team performance and efficiency;
• Use the organization's agile tools and train stakeholders in their optimal use;
• Synthesize the needs of multiple projects to define the overall scope of information technology work;
• Define, plan and track timelines for technology deliverables;
• Estimate and track the efforts, costs and activities related to the different work blocks;
• Plan and coordinate quality assurance activities as well as testing of delivered solutions;
• Mobilize, coordinate and support the development teams in the execution of the work;
• Establish and maintain transparent communication with stakeholders;
• Identify technological and operational risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies;
• Manage contractual agreements and coordinate external vendors required for solution delivery;
• Maintain the commitment of managers and ensure rigorous follow-up of files.

The profile we are looking for is as follows:

• Have an excellent command of spoken and written French;
• Have an undergraduate degree in information technology, business administration, management or a related field;
• Hold a Scrum Master certification;
• Experience in managing or coordinating business and information technology projects in complex environments;
• Have significant experience as a Scrum Master;
• Proficient in recognized project management approaches and frameworks, including Agile, Hybrid, and PMBOK/PMI;
• Hold a PMP, PSM, SAFe or equivalent certification (an asset);
• Demonstrate a strong focus on results, performance and strategic coherence;
• Demonstrate excellent planning, organizational, and priority management skills;
• Be able to operate efficiently in complex environments and manage multiple files simultaneously;
• Possess excellent communication, facilitation and facilitation skills;
• Mobilize multidisciplinary teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders;
• Ensure rigorous monitoring of deadlines, budgets and deliverables;
• Demonstrate excellent analytical and synthesis skills to support decision-making;
• Understand technological environments and their challenges;
• Demonstrate leadership, autonomy and a strong sense of responsibility.
