Millwrights are needed at Coeur Mining’s Rainy River Mine in Emo, Ontario. This role involves maintaining and repairing fixed plant equipment at a gold production facility. The ideal candidate will have a Red Seal millwright designation, strong troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to safety and operational excellence. What You’ll Need
- Red Seal millwright designation or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in industrial maintenance at an operating plant
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to analyze and resolve moderate complexity problems
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, drawings, and manuals
- Demonstrated commitment to health, safety, and environmental protection
What Will Make You Stand Out
- Multiple journeyperson trade designations
- Experience in industrial plant construction, commissioning, and start-up
- Previous leadership experience
- Experience working in a cross-cultural environment, especially in Northwestern Ontario
