Codix Management Ltd. seeks a proactive Corporate Accountant to manage the full accounting cycle for 8+ corporately owned You Move Me locations. You will work with the CFO, Director of Finance, Corporate Administrator, and finance team. The work covers multi-entity reporting, reconciliations, month-end close, and business-focused analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide full-cycle accounting under IFRS for United States locations
- Manage invoices, expenses, accounts payable, and vendor payment runs
- Post payroll and standard month-end journal entries
- Reconcile bank, payroll, intercompany, revenue, and balance sheet accounts
- Deliver consolidated reports and variance analysis on schedule
Requirements:
- Two to four years of full-cycle accounting experience
- Experience with reconciliations, intercompany transactions, consolidations, and foreign currency translation
- Working knowledge of IFRS and financial statement preparation
- Hands-on NetSuite or QuickBooks experience with strong Excel skills
- Eligibility to work in Canada and Vancouver office availability
