Run our software and infrastructure engagements end-to-end, from scope through delivery, and keep the client, the team, and the calendar honest with each other.
01 Own the timeline, scope, and budget for two to four concurrent software projects.
02 Sit between the engineering team and the client; translate both directions without losing meaning.
03 Run weekly status, hold the line on scope creep, and write the post-mortem nobody else wants to.
04 Coordinate rollouts, support handoffs, and operational dependencies when a project moves into production.
What we're looking for
01 Three to six years managing software projects, preferably in an agency or consultancy.
02 Comfortable reading a pull request, an architecture diagram, and a contract in the same afternoon.
03 PMP, PSM, or equivalent is a bonus, not a requirement. Real shipped projects matter more.
04 You write clearly. Status updates, change requests, and retros all land cleanly on the page.
