Build the core of our work: web apps, internal tools, integrations, cloud systems, and the backends underneath.
- 01 Ship features end-to-end across the stack: TypeScript on the frontend, Node or Python on the backend, Postgres in the middle.
- 02 Own technical decisions on small projects; collaborate on architecture, cloud, and pipeline decisions for larger ones.
- 03 Sit close to the project manager and the client; write the change requests, push back on scope when it is right to.
- 04 Help with deployment, monitoring, support handoff, and production debugging when a project goes live.
What we're looking for
- 01 Three-plus years of professional software development, with at least one shipped production product you can talk about in detail.
- 02 Strong TypeScript and React, comfortable in at least one backend ecosystem (Node, Python, or Go).
- 03 You read and write SQL fluently and can reason about database schemas.
- 04 You communicate clearly in writing — PRs, design docs, and async standups all feel natural.
