Key Responsibilities:
- Engage residents in meaningful cooking and home management
- Support clients while developing life skills
- Administer prescribed medications properly
- Connect residents with essential community services
- Monitor and report changes in residents' mental health
Requirements:
- Community Social Service diploma required
- At least two years of related experience
- Current B.C Class 5 Driver's license
- Ability to obtain necessary safety certifications
- Skills in facilitating group dynamics preferred
