You will apply the Market Conduct and Compliance Framework while completing operational onboarding and commission processing tasks. Key Responsibilities:
- Assess Advisor suitability using established contracting standards
- Monitor Advisors and MGA/AGAs for market conduct
- Perform scheduled Advisor and MGA/AGA audits
- Prepare monitoring and audit summary notes and reports
- Process commission files and analyze related data
Requirements:
- Two to four years of relevant professional experience
- Education in Business Administration, Accounting, Risk Management, Compliance, or Audit
- Knowledge of analytical methods and financial industry regulations
- Understanding of Life Insurance products and procedures
- Ability to analyze multiple data streams and communicate clearly
