Drive high-volume recruitment for CGL as a Talent Acquisition Advisor, using sourcing and screening expertise in a hybrid, two-day office model.
Reporting to the Manager of Talent Acquisition, you will manage full-cycle recruitment for enterprise cohort and high-volume hiring programs. Partner with hiring managers and workforce planning specialists to meet contact center needs. Use Indeed, LinkedIn, data analytics, interviews, and assessments while supporting diverse hiring and positive candidate experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for enterprise cohort hiring programs
- Support average hiring classes of 20-25 individuals
- Build talent pipelines through Indeed and LinkedIn sourcing
- Provide objective interview recommendations and assessment support
- Promote CGL through job fairs and social networking
Requirements:
- Minimum five years of corporate or agency recruitment experience
- Experience managing over 25 job requisitions in high-volume recruitment
- Post-secondary diploma in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline
- Knowledge of employment laws, human rights, privacy, and interviewing
- English proficiency required; French is an asset
