Lead strategic communications for Technology at CGL in a hybrid full-time role, using planning, project management, and writing expertise across two office days. As a Communications Consultant, you will develop and deliver programs for internal audiences across corporate projects and initiatives. You will advise leaders, coordinate partners, and manage communication work from planning through measurement. The role requires content production experience, including video, plus strong editing and research capabilities. Key Responsibilities:
Create strategic plans for complex cross-company communication initiatives Consult internal clients and recommend audience-focused communication solutions Lead execution, measurement, timelines, and budgets for programs Produce videos from concepts through final delivery Develop leadership messages during organizational changes Requirements:
University degree in Communications Five to seven years of corporate communications experience Four or more years producing content, including video Camera, lighting, and sound equipment experience French is an asset; English is required Bring strategic planning, video storytelling, and stakeholder counsel to Technology communications at CGL through hybrid collaboration.
