CGL needs a Senior Guidewire Business Analyst to shape insurance system enhancements, with BillingCenter preferred and hybrid work across two office days.
This senior position liaises between teams and business stakeholders in IT Property & Casualty. You will define system scope, objectives, and requirements for client-focused solutions. Your work includes business analysis, technical design discussions, integrations, and testing for medium to large initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, document, and validate business functions and rules
- Act as intermediary between stakeholders and delivery teams
- Analyze data flows supporting functionality and integrations
- Lead testing strategies for medium to large initiatives
- Research and establish more efficient BSA processes
Requirements:
- Five years of Information Technology or related field experience
- Post-secondary Information Technology or related education
- Working knowledge of Agile, ATDD, or TDD
- Guidewire suite experience, preferably BillingCenter
- JIRA, JIRA Service Desk, and Confluence experience
