As an Associate Insurance Advisor I, you will support agency operations through sales and service of Co-operators personal lines products. You will assess risks, identify client needs, and recommend suitable policies. The position also includes additional product support, complaint resolution, and relationship development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell and service personal lines insurance products profitably
- Recommend coverages and policies matching client needs
- Prospect and cross-sell beneficial products and services
- Complete front-line risk assessments under underwriting guidelines
- Resolve client concerns and escalate issues appropriately
Requirements:
- English and French bilingualism is required
- General Insurance License or obtain it within two months
- Meet provincial licensing and continuing education requirements
- One year of sales, service, or related business experience preferred
- Knowledge of auto and property insurance is an asset
