Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt, friendly, knowledgeable Meat Department service
- Receive, inspect, and store delivered meat
- Cut, trim, debone, and grind meat pieces
- Wrap, label, and package prepared meats
- Rotate, face, fill, and organize products
Requirements:
- Previous retail experience; meat department experience is an asset
- One to two years of meat cutting experience
