CMH Heli-Skiing & Summer Adventures is seeking a Lodge Manager for our Adamants lodge. This hands-on leadership role oversees guest experiences, hospitality operations, budgeting, recruitment, and inventory control in a remote, team-driven setting.
You will manage staff, collaborate with senior leadership, and ensure exceptional service across all touchpoints while maintaining safety and financial KPIs. Two weeks on, one week off during the season, with remote site requirements.
