Lead commercial discussions and support contract negotiations, ensuring solutions meet customer requirements while protecting profitability and aligning with company objectives. Coordinate with operations and implementation teams to support effective solution launch, service delivery and issue resolution. Ensure proposals and account plans clearly articulate customer value, operational feasibility and commercial returns.
  • Performance Management and Reporting: Maintain an accurate pipeline, customer activity records and opportunity updates in the company CRM. Prepare and present regular reports on strategy execution, account performance, sales activity, pipeline development, profitability and Canadian market trends.
