This Senior Business Development Manager will strengthen CEVA’s position across Canada’s aerospace sector. You will connect market intelligence with measurable commercial actions, build executive customer relationships, and pursue opportunities with manufacturers, suppliers, and maintenance organizations. Collaboration spans commercial, operational, and solution-design teams. Key Responsibilities:
Assess Canadian aerospace markets, trends, competitors, and opportunities Create prioritized account plans and measurable pipeline objectives Represent CEVA at industry events and customer forums Manage senior relationships and coordinate customer priorities Monitor performance, profitability, service delivery, and improvement opportunities Requirements:
Seven or more years of progressive commercial experience Experience supporting or working directly with aerospace organizations Strong Canadian aerospace industry connectivity and relationships Proven strategy execution and profitable growth results Executive communication, negotiation, and presentation capabilities Use your Canadian aerospace network, sales leadership, and account strategy experience to advance CEVA’s commercial performance.
