Shape Clutch’s consumer lending strategy in Toronto through risk-based pricing, credit decisioning, and portfolio performance management. This Senior Manager, Credit & Risk role leads the framework behind Clutch’s consumer financing program. You will assess risk, make credit decisions, price appropriately, and manage performance over time. Cross-functional work with Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Customer Experience supports responsible lending. Key Responsibilities:
Refine risk-based pricing around losses, funding, and economics Monitor approval mix and recommend terms or eligibility changes Diagnose performance by channel, vehicle, customer, and process Lead delinquency and loss initiatives with servicing partners Run experiments improving conversion and credit outcomes Requirements:
Six to ten-plus years within consumer lending credit functions Understanding of policy development and risk-based decisioning Experience managing performance through delinquency and loss cycles Ability to build monitoring using quantitative analysis and AI High ownership and comfort operating amid ambiguity Bring consumer lending expertise to Clutch, connecting pricing, experiments, analytics, and risk decisions with portfolio objectives.
