Lead IFRS reporting and financial systems at Clutch, Toronto’s online used car retailer. Build accurate closes, controls, and audit readiness. As Senior Manager, Financial Reporting, you will report to the Corporate Controller and lead reporting, technical accounting, and financial controls. You will help prepare Clutch for IPO readiness while partnering with Financial Systems leadership on ERP evolution. The role combines accounting leadership with cost, inventory, and complex transaction expertise. Key Responsibilities:
Run monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close cycles Deliver accurate financial statements and supplementary information Design internal controls, risk management, and policy frameworks Lead external audits and statutory reporting Build and mentor the accounting and reporting team Requirements:
CPA designation and five to eight years leadership experience Required Big Four experience Command of IFRS and advanced revenue recognition knowledge Experience strengthening controls and implementing modern ERP systems Manufacturing or complex supply-chain experience in cost accounting Bring IFRS, controls, audit, and team leadership expertise to strengthen Clutch’s financial reporting foundation for growth.
