As Director, Financial Reporting, you will report to the Corporate Controller and lead technical accounting, reporting, and external audit readiness. You will architect reporting from vehicle-level data while partnering with Financial Systems leadership on ERP evolution. The role includes building a strong internal controls environment and preparing for NI 52-109 readiness. You will also guide cost and inventory accounting, automation, and AI initiatives supporting efficient finance operations. Key Responsibilities:
Run monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close cycles Deliver accurate statements and supplementary financial information Implement internal control, risk management, and policy frameworks Lead external audits and statutory reporting relationships Build and scale accounting and reporting teams Requirements:
CPA with 8-10+ years progressive accounting leadership Required Big Four experience Advanced IFRS and complex transaction knowledge Internal controls and modern ERP implementation experience Manufacturing or complex supply chain accounting experience Shape Clutch’s financial reporting, IFRS compliance, controls, and audit readiness as its finance organization prepares for public-company standards.
