As Director of Professional Services, you will oversee consultants, business analysts, and project managers delivering ERP/SaaS implementations. You will shape delivery models, protect healthy margins, and serve as senior escalation point. The work combines financial management, customer relationships, resourcing, and technical collaboration. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline 10–15 years in professional services, project management, or technology 3–5 years leading Professional Services teams Experience managing portfolios and $3–5M book-of-business revenues Canada-based, eligible to work, and available for 15–20% travel Lead Sparkrock’s ERP/SaaS delivery organization through financial discipline, customer focus, technical depth, and scalable execution.
