Working with the Head Golf Professional and leadership team, the Assistant Golf Professional supports daily golf department operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Operate the pro shop and outside golf services daily
- Oversee outside golf services staff each day
- Train and mentor golf services staff
- Support weekly leagues and member events
- Deliver exceptional member service and manage merchandising
Requirements:
- PGA of Canada membership or active pursuit required
- Strong leadership skills and positive outgoing personality
- Golf operations, retail, instruction, or tournament experience preferred
- Microsoft Office familiarity and basic computer skills
- Attention to detail and strong multitasking skills
