Als Leiter Gastronomie verantworten Sie die operative Leitung der gesamten Restauration. Sie führen, coachen und schulen Mitarbeitende und koordinieren Bankette sowie Seminare. Dabei arbeiten Sie mit Küchenchef, Front Office und Personalverantwortlicher zusammen.
Aufgaben:
- Gesamte Restauration operativ leiten
- Mitarbeitende führen, coachen und schulen
- Bankette und Seminare bis 300 Personen koordinieren
- Gäste betreuen und Angebote mitgestalten
- Kassawesen mit PC Caddie führen
Anforderungen:
- Gastronomieausbildung und Hotelfachschuldiplom oder gleichwertige Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Berufs- und Führungserfahrung in gehobener Gastronomie
- Unternehmerisch geprägte Denkweise
- Deutsch oder Französisch als Muttersprache, jeweils andere Sprache ausgezeichnet
- Organisationstalent, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Kommunikationsvermögen
