As a key member of our leasing team, you will bridge the gap between potential residents and our property. Your responsibilities will include conducting property tours, managing inquiries, and assisting with leases. You will leverage your communication skills to build relationships with residents and support marketing initiatives while ensuring the leasing office is welcoming and organized.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and conduct engaging property tours
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Assist in leasing apartments and documentation completion
- Maintain current knowledge of availability and pricing
- Support marketing efforts and participate in resident events
Requirements:
- Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid Driver's License
- Familiarity with leasing software like Yardi or Entrata
- Ability to work weekends with a flexible schedule
