You will coordinate requirements workshops, playbacks, sprints, business change, user acceptance testing, and hand-offs to support. The role supports projects of varying sizes while applying continuous process improvement. Success includes reliable implementations, satisfied users, and consistent professional services profitability. Key Responsibilities:
Maintain overall commercial accountability for assigned projects Manage resources across a portfolio of projects Drive continuous improvement within Service Delivery processes Manage finances, planning, risks, and client relationships Communicate proactively to maintain customer satisfaction Requirements:
