Clio is hiring a Pigment Model Builder reporting to the Director, FP&A Systems Strategy. You will translate documented requirements into planning models, integrations, reporting, and calculation logic. The work covers revenue, headcount, operating expense, and three-statement planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build planning models, modules, and calculation logic in Pigment
- Configure dimensions, hierarchies, lists, mappings, and master data
- Monitor integrations and validate scheduled data loads
- Reconcile Pigment with source-of-truth systems
- Build dashboards, test models, and support planning cycles
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience
- 5+ years in FP&A, finance systems, or EPM roles
- Hands-on enterprise planning platform model-building experience
- Experience with dimensionality, formulas, mappings, and data flows
- Knowledge of driver-based, headcount, and three-statement planning
