Own Salesforce, CPQ, and billing systems at Clio, using Quote-to-Cash expertise and AI fluency to support scalable revenue operations. Work from Burnaby, Calgary, Toronto, remotely across Canada excluding Québec, or the US. As a Senior Quote-to-Cash Systems Engineer, you will administer DealHub CPQ and billing while supporting integrations across Salesforce, NetSuite, and LeapFin. You will optimize products, pricing, approvals, renewals, amendments, invoicing, and revenue handoffs. The role also supports enterprise selling motions and cross-functional systems strategy. Key Responsibilities:
Own DealHub CPQ and billing configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement Optimize products, pricing, templates, approvals, discounting, renewals, and amendments Support billing triggers, invoicing, and order-to-revenue processes Build integrations and automations across Salesforce, DealHub, NetSuite, and LeapFin Monitor issues, reconcile data, and document system processes Requirements:
Five-plus years administering Salesforce in complex environments Three-plus years using CPQ or Quote-to-Cash tooling Hands-on modern subscription-billing platform experience AI fluency and experience improving technical work with AI tools Salesforce Administrator Certification or ability to obtain it Bring Salesforce administration, CPQ configuration, billing knowledge, and AI fluency to Clio’s growing Quote-to-Cash ecosystem.
