As Senior Sales Enablement Specialist, Velocity, you will enable dedicated representatives and managers across new business and customer sales. The role reports to the Senior Manager, Sales Enablement. You will partner with Sales Onboarding, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations to support product launches, playbooks, and field execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own enablement for Velocity representatives and managers
- Build playbooks, objection handling, and product positioning
- Run Gong reviews to identify coaching themes and content gaps
- Design role-play and certification content from real conversations
- Deliver regular segment health readouts
Requirements:
- Three plus years in sales enablement or related learning development
- Experience with high-velocity or SMB sales motions
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and project management skills
- Comfort using Gong, Letter AI, and Salesforce
- Instructional design and adult learning knowledge
