As the Shift Manager Quality, you will facilitate the Quality Management System (QMS) and integrate BMS throughout the facility. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage internal and external quality audits for compliance
- Coach team members using PDCA methodology

- Lead QMS and BMS training for leadership
- Oversee document control and quality reject analysis
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of quality-related experience
- Post-Secondary education in related fields
- Effective communication and information retention
- Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
- Preferred: IATF Auditor certification
