We work with many of Canada's top landlords and companies. You’ll join a talented team of smart, driven individuals to rethink how office spaces are created.

This is a senior, hands-on leadership role. As a Senior Project Manager, you are both a project leader and a people leader. You are accountable for delivering an exceptional client experience, with projects completed on time and on budget. You lead projects end-to-end, from early planning and design coordination through construction and closeout. You act as the primary client point of contact and are fully accountable for each project's schedule, profitability, and outcomes.

As a team lead, you co-lead a delivery pod alongside a Lead Designer, overseeing a team that typically includes Designers, Project Manager(s), and Project Administrator(s). You own and manage a portfolio P&L, balancing client value, team capacity, and financial performance.

Deliverables:

  • Deliver a consistently strong client experience, starting with disciplined execution on schedule and budget.
  • Lead pre-construction activities, including feasibility, budgeting, estimating, tendering, and schedule development, in close coordination with the design team.
  • During construction, partner with the Site Supervisor to ensure tight project administration, proactive issue resolution, and clear client communication.
  • Manage change effectively by evaluating scope, schedule, budget, and quality impacts, securing approvals, and documenting decisions.
  • Serve as the central point of coordination between clients, internal teams, consultants, and trades, ensuring timely decisions and clear documentation.
  • Build and strengthen client relationships that support repeat work and new opportunities.
  • Own portfolio-level profitability and resourcing by aligning staffing plans, workload, and fee structures to project demands, ensuring the right people are on the right projects.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, providing guidance, feedback, and leadership support.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in commercial interiors project management, with a strong background in construction management.
  • A degree in engineering, design, construction management, or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Expertise in managing project budgets and P&Ls.
  • Experience using Procore or an equivalent construction management software.
  • Proven success in client-facing roles, with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to guide and influence stakeholders.
  • A talent for building strong professional relationships that can lead to future business opportunities.
  • Leadership qualities that inspire trust and confidence among your team members.
  • Experience managing a team.

Benefits include 3 weeks vacation + an additional week over the winter holidays, health and dental benefits, 1 day WFH, 2 days in summer, weekly team lunches, monthly team social events, and quarterly company social events.
