  • Partner with operations, legal, and internal stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and deliver efficient, timely closings.
  • Source and qualify new clients (both buyers and sellers) through outreach, referrals, and platform activity, driving engagement and platform liquidity.
  • Track pipeline activity and transaction metrics with precision, ensuring the desk maintains high standards for speed, compliance, and client satisfaction.
  • Become a Clarity platform expert, seamlessly guiding customers through their journey and providing customer support at any stage.

Required Experience:

  • A client-focused professional with 3+ years of relevant experience, such as institutional sales/trading, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, investor relations, business development or investment sales.

  • Demonstrate skills in balancing relationship management with rigorous operational detail, ensuring every transaction is executed flawlessly.
  • Bring a high degree of organization and ruthless prioritization, with the ability to manage multiple client relationships and transaction workflows in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess strong financial acumen or a demonstrated ability to quickly master complex market dynamics.
  • Have FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses, or able to obtain shortly after joining.
