The Designated Beauty Advisor develops lasting customer relationships that increase sales, service, and loyalty. You will communicate with personal clients about events, merchandise requests, sales follow-up, and birthdays. You will also support assigned-brand targets, resolve service issues, and maintain relationships with buyers, vendors, and selling managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire, develop, and retain personal clients

Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Minimum two years of commission-based sales experience
- Proven success exceeding sales targets
- Collaborative, entrepreneurial, competitive, and self-motivated approach
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
