ClaimsPro is seeking a Liability Adjuster with at least five years of relevant claims adjusting experience. The work includes Accident Benefits, Commercial General Liability, Auto Bodily Injury, and Personal Lines liability. You will actively adjust claims, support field requests, maximize business development opportunities, and provide timely recommendations throughout the claims process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact and follow up promptly with policyholders and claimants
- Investigate causes and report timely recommendations to clients
- Identify exposures and recommend reserves and investigations
- Prepare action plans and negotiate fair settlements
- Provide high-level service to clients and insureds
Requirements:
- At least five years of relevant claims adjusting experience
- Ontario adjuster licensing required; multijurisdictional licensing considered an asset
- Accident Benefits and liability adjusting background or experience
- Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, and OneDrive
- Analytical, communication, negotiation, and conflict-management skills
