The Human Resources Co-op Student supports the Human Resources team across daily operations and ongoing projects. You will help improve processes, maintain employee records, and support responsive HR services. The position suits students in Human Resources or Business Administration programs returning to studies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transition HR documents from SharePoint to Oracle HRIS
- Review and organize electronic files for migration
- Maintain accurate employee files and HR records
- Complete data entry and document tracking
- Provide general administrative support to Human Resources
Requirements:
- Complete one year of an HR or Business Administration program
- Return to studies during the subsequent academic year
- Demonstrate Microsoft Office Suite computer skills
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Hold a valid Police Information Check
